No frills restaurant 6pm onwards. This Chu Char chef is very creative. Every time you go there, make sure you ask the lady boss what the special for tonight. I had some first time dishes here like Green Papaya Soup, Steamed Chicken with ham & kai lan, orange infused Pai Kut, Steamed Chicken with ginger (pictured). No bad. Quite tasty. For ambience, well what can you expect, it's wet market during the day time but it is clean. Just make sure you do not sit near the chicken slaugther place at the back of the market. Potentially some smell may linger which you may not like. Let's hope is does not rain coz it will just make the smell worse
